As I have stated in the "Use and Copyright" information under "Bobby And The Image Factory", anyone may for any purpose, including modification thereunto, use the image artwork that is posted on IsoBlock.com within the Creative Commons agreement known as BY. The BY means "by", that attribution is to be given for the work, specifically that you must give me credit for my work and you may not claim my work as yours.
Nonetheless, I do sell originals and prints of my artwork, and I will also create commissioned artwork.
I make all of the items of art that you see displayed on this site. I do my best to create unique, attractive, interesting and innovative work that makes a statement. I package each print or drawing carefully for safe arrival. Your satisfaction is important to me and I will do my best to meet your expectations.
Prints are generally priced between $20.00 and $50.00 USD, depending upon the media and the sheet size. Original art pieces are generally priced between $40.00 and $100.00 USD.
Commissions
Commissions are a custom artistic work being specially created just for you and made in close approximation to your initial specifications.
Because I hand craft each piece individually, once work has begun on the piece most changes will require me to start over as opposed to simply making a modification. This will of course and unfortunately, but most likely, entail a renegotiation of my expected fee.
We should both agree that you have retained me to do this work at least partly based upon your estimation of my artistic talent and skill, and your consequent expectation that you will like the finished piece. It is therefore understood that the work will of necessity incorporate my artistic vision and certain preferences I hold for the appearance of the result.
My artistic reputation depends upon creating and cultivating clients who are happy with my work. I will endeavor to make you one of them.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal, as this is by far the safest most secure method for both buyer and seller. You do not need an account with PayPal to use your credit or bank card for payment. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. Items will be shipped once payment is received.
Shipping
On hand items are shipped within 3 business days after payment has been processed. Custom orders usually ship within ten business days. I pack the 13x17 and 17x22 prints rolled in a triangular shipping tube/box and I pack 8x10 and 11x14 prints in a flat reinforced envelope. I ship by First Class Mail. Multiple items can be shipped in one package. If you want the item to be shipped by Priority Mail, it will add extra costs to the shipping price. Please convo me if you need Priority Mail. Please note that items will not ship until payment is received.
I will ship by mail to EU countries, South America, Australia and other countries. Mail to these locales takes approximately 9-21 workdays. Please send a convo so I may determine and set up the cost of shipping for you.
I would appreciate a convo within 3 days of your receiving your package.
Note that I will not be responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, or fees nor for additional delays caused by customs. Buyers, please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
If I notice that your shipping address and PayPal address are different, I will contact you for verification, and will not ship your items until you confirm the correct shipping address.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general I do not accept returns. Since I make each print only to order, as such I must consider each one a custom order. All custom order sales are FINAL. I try to show sufficient detail before I print the item, and to provide pictures or verbal descriptions of the final product for you to understand what you can expect to receive before you place your order. I make every effort to provide quality prints of quality art and I want you as a buyer to have an accurate appreciation for my work. Please only request a custom artwork order if you have faith in my artistic judgement regarding the fine details!
Please bear in mind that this is quality printed artwork. While it should stand up well to normal display, it is not however indestructible.
In the event that I do allow a return, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. I will refund the cost of the item via Paypal when I receive it. Note that I will not refund shipping costs.
